So you wanna get the best of your Far Cry 2 copy. This SweetFX configuration will allow you to get the realistic enviroment that this game deserves. Not grey. Not cartoonish. Real Africa.
This is the best graphics mod for Far Cry 2! I have used GES and Sproyd's graphics mod but somehow I'm still looking for that realistic touch of Africa which I found only in this mod. The problems with other graphics mod is that the colors are overly done and the dark areas are still a pain. But in this mod everything is balanced, everything is perfect in the eye. Damn Far Cry 2 just improved a thousand times because of this mod!
So if you're still deciding between GES and Sproyd's and this mod (Real Africa), just get this mod and your game will be awesome. Trust me this is coming from someone who used all those graphics mod.

This makes the game MUCH more playable in my opinion!
Some other SweetFX configs overdo the sharpening and other effects. This does not and in my this is currently the best config for FC2.

its looks perfect to me... the sky, contrast, light, fire, vegetation, vehicles, weapons and even the skin in characters looks way better... im keeping track of the mod in case of some other update comes up!thanks
