I've noticed that I've been releasing a lot of Republic content. That might be biased, but I'm probably going to make 0.7 towards the CIS. Non-Gameplay Content1. New main menu music piece. This is just an idea I had, as of right now I changed the current piece, "All Stars Burn as One", to this: Credits:
2. New lasers. No picture here, you need to see them in action, they're awesome. As of right now, only the Republic is using them. I still need to tune the red ones for the CIS. Credits:
3. New Shock Trooper With my newly found power of the HexEdit, I changed the phase 2 model from a basic white solder, to a Shock Trooper. Credits:
4. Fixed DC-15s Finally figured out that I needed to invert the alpha for the DC-15s. Now we have a proper DC-15s. 5. New CIS Space Station This took far long then I would like to admit to implement in game. The conversion from Empire to Rebel really messed me up. Credits
6. New Republic Build Pad and Turrets 6.1 Build Pad Credits
6.2 AA Gun Credits:
6.3 Anti-Infantry Turret Credits:
Gameplay ChangesIt's the little things, right? 1. Mandator MK-II As a single ship, this will be the ultimate force of power in the galaxy once you hit tech level 5. But the CIS will also receive a counter. I thought about using the Devastation(Look it up), or something like the Republic's counter to the Malevolence. Credits:
2. Republic Class Battle Cruiser The counter to the Malevolence (Both are unlocked at tech 3), this smaller ship sports an impressive amount of weaponry, but need sufficient protection from the Malevolence's weapon systems. Credits:
3. Republic Imperator An immensely powerful ship, the Republic Imperator is ahead of it's time in fighter compliment, and weapon system. With all this power, come the issue of cost and build time. Both of which are incredibly high. Credits
4.Fleet Officers Since the release of the image, I have created an Acclamator variant for the lower tech levels. I also toyed around with the idea of adding a hero blob to the ship. No idea if it's staying, but like I said. It's an idea. Credits:
5. Z-95 Fighter Unlocking at tech 3, I managed to figure out small XML thing to make it spawn from stuff ships at Tech 3 and 4. Credits:
6. Hawk Squadron (Not an original name, I know) 6.1 Hawk's Z-95 6.2 Hawk Squadron Z-95 Similar to the Yuuzhan Vong at War mod, these are minor hero squadrons spawning from existing hero flagships. Hawk squadron for example, will spawn from the Resolute. Credits (Both)
7. New TIE Fighter The final starfighter for the Republic, as of right now it's a spawn from the Imperator. I think the XML might need a bit of balancing, but the Imperator is so hard to get, that might not be needed. Credits
8. Admiral Coburn Quite similar to Yularen, Coburn provides the same boosts, and has equal weapon systems. Only difference is the fact this is Coburn, but that will change. Credits
9. Torrent Company Additions 9.1 Appo Credits:
9.2 Tup
With these two additions, Torrent Company is that much closer to completion. Next Phase 2 hero is Dogma. 10. Green Company 10.1 Commander Gree Credits
10.2 Draa Credits
10.3 Vanguard Solder Credits
10.4 Carbine Solder Credits
With Green Company being my first custom done skins, I think they came out awesome. Draa was a bit hard to master with the green on his helmet. 11. Republic Phase 1 Carbine Trooper The basic foot solder of the Republic, these guys will prove to be valiant and effective solders. Credits
12. Chancellor Palpatine Using the base game Mon Mothma XML as a guide, I managed to create a non-combatant Chancellor Palpatine. He may or may not revert to base game Palpatine in a certain GC. Credits
13. 501st Phase 2 Carbine Solders Similar to the basic phase 1 carbine solder, the phase 2 501st have the famous 501st armor and enhanced stats. Credits
14. Legion HQs 14.1 41st HQ 14.2 501st HQ The whole legion system isn't quite ready yet, but the HQ are ready at the moment. These will eventually unlock barracks, and factories to build units. But for now they unlock everything. Credits
15. STAPs 15.1 Forest/Swamp Version 15.2 Desert Version 15.3 Lava Version 15.4 Temperate/Urban/Arctic 15.5 Command Version Similar to the battle droids, the STAP's all have variants depending on the planet. If you're wondering what the Command STAP is, well I thought "Why not give the squad a commander, I have the skin". Credits
16. Cooling Cell Meant to speed up the rate of fire on a weapon, I might have to tune this further judging on my game play. Credits
17. Orbital Living Quarters Adding 20 more population cap to a planet, these things can help out in small GCs when you have an abundance of units and no planets. Credits
