The battle wages on through the night, HECU units clash with security teams that have fled Black Mesa into the outlying desert, the Xen lifeforms aren't making it any easier aswell.

Very, very atmospheric! You've done it once again :) . Maybe you could change the top texture of some of the higher cliffs with a semi-grass texture, so there's some variety. Then again, the player wont be able to see the top of them so it doesn't really matter ;).

Thank you! I was planning on doing something like that, since I'm going to add gun emplacements & such on top of the cliff walls that the player can access when moving to different "quadrants" of the desert :)
Will you bring back the helicopter fling feature ?! THAT will be awesome!
