To be honest, I hope these are optional. They look a little over the top. Not for my taste, I guess :/
They look amazing in-game imo, but ofcourse you can change them if you want to.
I am working on tweaking the muzzle flashes, removing most of the sparkles etc.
I have to admit on second thought that they are a little too much, but the textures are very HQ.
Can you make a version without removing anything, for me they look nice :) great work!
I am just toning it down abit mainly for assault rifles (which arent shown here).
I agree here, muzzle flashes are distracting specially those out of pistols.
I liked owr's.
I can't wait for this update, I feel the current configuration takes a way from the immersion cuz the muzzleflashes look "gamey"
Nevermind I just removed pfx_flame_(01&02;).dds/thm now it is so much better looking.
Im up for some new effects! The difficulty is to make sure they don't brake the immersive part of the game.
I like the more "Hollywood" style that these particle effects have. Really exited for the release.
