The houndeye effect is pretty cool man, reminds me of black mesa, but I think that effect happening excessively in the context of gameplay could get pretty irritating, maybe make it less severe for more enemies that attack the player?

Hi. I'm working on the mod which recreates Half-Life 2's Pre-Pitch era. Can I use Race X npcs when it's done? They possibly used to be one of the alien races in the game that invaded Earth (primitive insectoids that rode giant caterpillars)
