Rabidrage Plasma Rifle mod for Doom II

A combo of mods that I like, with further tweaking by me to create the perfect Plasma Rifle. This is the first in a long line of weapons, monsters and other items I intend to release to modernize Doom. Once everybody's hooked, I'll release everything together as one gigantic mod, complete with a WAD for people to play. Credits for what I've borrowed: Kaiser for initially converting Doom 64 for the PC. Pimpuigi and Hellbound Hillbilly for the hi-res sprite that comprises the new Plasma Rifle, as well as the new hi-res plasma pickup sprites, originally created for use with Kaiser's Absolution. SgtMarkIV for Brutal Doom 64, which added the new fire rate and damage mechanic (to be used later),as well as flare and smoke effects. The Kins for new pickup sounds. Jekyll Grim Payne aka zer0 for weaponup and weapon cooling sounds, as well as smoke from the gun. Alexander, Xim and JDRedalert for the WeaponLight actor that I modified to make the rifle actually flash.
