- Apocolypse tank - strengthened a harpoon
- reduced range of coastal guns from 2000 to 1600
- Emperor Mecha - can crush vehicle as Apocolypse tank
- Returned to the super weapons, 15 min cooldown
- Super units require a super weapon, open around the map
- Chrono Tank - requires only Defense Bureau and T2

It sounds like most games will be settled by Tier 1 and 2 units since structures that enable Tier 3 (Defense Bureau, Nanotech Mainframe and Battle Lab) seem so expensive that they probably won't even get built, especially with RA3's slow economy.
When you said final version, did you mean the final version for now, or the final version for good?
Many times I tested it with my friends. I have not found any problems with the development of and access to T3. Just now the T3 will not be at the beginning of the game.

I like this part best. If you compare sources, you should be able to find the changes (assuming you use revision control...).
