I just recently started making a modification, and this is my first mod. Basis for mod was the source code RA3 Upheaval created by Bibber. This mod brings a significant change in the balance, and adds some new units. I'm very bad speak English and you can do something does not understand, I hope this does not happen. Important note: for the mod to work correctly, you must run "model detail" at least at high for the mod to work,it worked even if you put other options at low. However, I would recommend play with maximum graphics settings.

Description

A new version 3.7 is available. This version contains many balance and game mechanics fixes. Also, the new version includes all the developments shown in the video and pictures for the mod at the time of the release of the current version. I hope you like it.

Is there any reason why the AI can't be chosen. It's on random so it crashes the game because there aren't any AIs

I put the mod exactly as it was into the mod folder however it seems like the original and I have none of the AI available. I thought the files were not named correctly but I don't think that's the case.

Nice update although I think Soviets could do with a unit that has "Black Hole Armor" ability since the other 2 factions have and they don't.

I only played a few games and noticed the the Allies AI built multiple Armor Facilities which made them a lot tougher.

Gonna be honest, Balloon Bombs Tier 3 is a little too OP now. When fighting multiple AI's and having 3-4 of them constantly use this ability it pretty much wipes out my entire base since AI only use the ability on you and not each other.

Other abilities are all manageable really.

Also I think EMP turret was better before - but nice change.

can you fix the problem with graphics? like, to enter the game you need to play in at least high graphics, it's a problem for some people cuz some devices are not good enough to be played on high graphics thus will lead to crashes the game it self, i hope you're gonna fix this thank you
