I just recently started making a modification, and this is my first mod. Basis for mod was the source code RA3 Upheaval created by Bibber. This mod brings a significant change in the balance, and adds some new units. I'm very bad speak English and you can do something does not understand, I hope this does not happen. Important note: for the mod to work correctly, you must run "model detail" at least at high for the mod to work,it worked even if you put other options at low. However, I would recommend play with maximum graphics settings.

Description

The new version 1.9 adds new units, fixes some bugs, fixed bugs due to which it was impossible to complete the campaign. Also, the new version includes all the developments shown in the video and pictures to the mod at the time of the release of the current version.

Uhh dont know why but just had the mt. rushmore mission crash twice. Not found the reason yet but will reply to this if i find the cause

I like your modification. I like the steady cash income and new units. I have one request, disable offensive protocols or change the renewal time to a very long one because the computer uses it like crazy and it does not allow me to grow slowly as in Red alert 2 only forces you to play aggressively. I wanted to do it myself using the source code you uploaded but unfortunately the mod doesn't want to be done using Mod sdk v3. I would be very grateful for this small change.

It is possible, but then the whole game will come down to the spam of one unit.
