I've felt like modding the last couple days and have been playing the mod a bit. I'm currently working on balancing the Factions' Navies. I will be releasing Version 1.04 (Eventually).
Changes will include Allied Navy Nerfs and Changes.
Changes to Soviet Navy Unknown at this point. Though the Bullfrog will be getting an Armor buff.
Changes to Japan Navy may include Locomotor Changes to Seawing for better response times and Range increase for the shogun battleship so that it is up to par with the dreadnought and Aircraft Carrier.
Any Suggestions are more than welcome. No need to restrict them to just the navies either. I am merely focusing on the navies this patch because I saw them as an unbalanced mess (mostly caused by our previous changes haha)

Beta release this summer. Slightly rushed, but at least this mod won't be a dead source compilation on my computer anymore.

In the movie they hadn't been balanced Yet, Still working on balancing, they seem to be good except when Heroic then they OP again so, we're currently trying to make a Damage Type for it, which we should be able to do easily.
well its just we cant make our own models(no 3ds max 9 i have 2010) so the units are not really from cnc3(except for flame tank) it can be a different unit with the same models
As I understand it you can you GMAX to create the models...
and there are probabaly some converters to convert the files to the right type...

We are currently unsure, chances are there probably will not be (unless you want to count uprising) although we are unsure, we may eventually learn how to model and such so the answer to your question is unknown.
I understand now why is this mod undecided but it will be a good one.
