retry to download, its not the file's fault, sometimes a computer doesn't like to download things very fast or download at all
the other downloads work with winzip but just not this one

Extract the .rar file using win-rar or 7zip.
Copy Folder to /My Documents/Red Alert 3/Mods
The Mods Directory may not exists so you might have to create it.
If you have any other questions ask google.
its me, the guy that asked how to install this...i created a Mods folder in Red Alert 3(in the My Documents) and i loaded one of my save games and i didnt see any new units? please help me how to install this so that i wont have to download Uprising :(
Right click on your shortcut and add a line called "-ui" (without the quotations.) Oh, and be sure to put a space first at the end right after the ".exe"

Saved Games that weren't started on the mod most likely won't work with the mod. Not 100% on this but I doubt it.
