After defeating Codename: Quake, you wake up to find yourself in a well lit, colorful room. Heavy metal is playing instead of nine inch nails, there's no grunts, no ogres, no scrags, just dudes with green hair and pink things that have one hell of a bite!

Welcome to Quakedoom! If you've read the summary you know what's up, So if you're not into quake, here's some of the stuff you'll find!

Weapons:

Axe: It's chopping time! Still sucks.
Shotgun: The basic gun, to which all other guns compare favorably.
Double-barreled Shotgun: More bang for your shells.
Nailgun: A two-barrel dingus that prickles bad guys with armor-piercing darts, technically termed "nails".
Super nailgun: Four cyclic barrels that hose out nails. Makes foes drop like flies, but eats ammo FAST.
Grenade Launcher: Launches neat bouncing bombs into the air.
Rocket Launcher: For when a grenade positively, absolutely, has to be there on time.
Thunderbolt: Try it. You'll like it. Use the same technique as watering your rosebush.

Items and powerups:

Green armor : Gives you 100 armor and takes 30% of damage, replaces Green Armor.
Yellow armor : Gives you 150 armor and takes 60% of damage, replaces Blue Armor.
Red armor : Gives you 200 armor and takes 80% of damage, replaces the Megasphere.
Megahealth: Gives you 100 additional hit points with almost no limit. Replaces Soulspheres.
Biosuit: Lets you survive toxic environments. Replaces Radiation suit.
Ring of Shadows: Renders you almost totally invisible. Replaces the Blur Sphere
Pentagram of Protection: Renders you invulnerable. Replaces Invincibility
Quad Damage: Magnum upgrade! You now deliver four times the pain! Replaces berserk!
(an option lets quad damage give you special effects to weapons instead of just doing 4 times the damage.)

Expansion Content:
This is stuff from the expansions of Quake 1. This includes alternate ammo and weapons.

Proximity Launcher: Shoots little proximity mines that explode when baddies get near, strategy!
Laser Cannon: Shoots ricocheting lasers that bounce up to three times.

Lava Nails: Nails will do more damage and create a hotspot that does lingering damage.
Multi Rockets: Explode into 4 more explosives, The ones from a rocket launcher will create seeker missiles!
Plasma Cells: Turns the lightning gun into a projectile weapon. It will damage enemies as it goes by

Extra Options:
New Green Armor: Changes the color of the Green armor pickup and status bar icon.
New Quad Damage: Makes the Quad Damage give weapons different behavior,such as the grenades have a lingering explosion.
Explosion,Bullet puff and Blood styles: Can be doom sprites or quake-styled effects.

You do realize Quake is 3D? The DOOM engine can't do that stuff.

In a way it is possible, you'd have to take shortcuts in places. But I'd you say you could totally remake a lot of Quake levels in Doom without much problem.

Dude, nice work! But in my opinion, you shouldn't double monsters' hp in hard and nightmare, it makes th experience harder than necessary. And most importantly, the thunderbolt in too weak, buff it.

Yeah, I'll make sure to lower it, I was trying to make enemies have health like the ones in quake 1, but I guess that needs to be its own difficulty.

I agree with DeltaDoomGuy, qstuff ultra comes with quake enemies so that's obsolete for myself

What's the point? I mean ok quake weapons in doom are nice every time but we already haver sooooooo many of these mods and they are really great.. Why should I bother to play your mod if I can play enhanced quake stuff which is already finished and works absolutely great.. What's different with your mod? The only thing I can think of bringing me to play that is that I love everything doom related and appreciate modders works...
And maybe the laser weapon you mentioned.
