Its been a while since we last poked our heads out the door. We also stated in the last interview that HQ would be out the end of August. Like most games out there, there's been delays. Real life, and all the typical problems a mod faces have come into play. But fear not as everything is coming into place. We are currently beta testing and getting closer and closer to a more stable build.

There has been one bug that has plagued us the most, clipping. Its been a tough battle to keep the enemies and players inline and from straying off paths, clip brushes can get broken from too much pushing. If anyone can help us on a sdk side of things to further restrict player and enemy movement from never moving side to side, let us know! The current system now is pretty stable, about 90% of the time. It also restricted us to not having some more fancy effects like explosions pushing everything around.

Because of this we are calling the first build a public Beta. We are hoping that after release, public play testing will help us figure things out more and gain more input and feedback on the mod. Right now if progress continues at its current rate, about 2 more weeks should do it... then its time to blast and shred some strogg. We will send out the word prior to release as well to confirm this.
