There is a bug on Q3DM5 with the lights that flash through the holes in the floor. Instead of just flashing they make the entire texture over that area of the floor turn purple/blue.
Also the textures for the smaller doorways on Q3DM1 (the ones to the left and right of the larger one right in front of you when you spawn in the map) were not upscaled.
