Description
A downscaled Psionic Decimator on a hover platform, made for our incoming new Faction.
It coacervates psionic energy and compress them into sphere-shaped projectiles, similar to the superweapon, but works in a much higher frequency, and the blast radius is more focused, in order to snipe a target precisely without causing too much friendly fire.

The shape isn't super interesting but I like the function :)
Alienvoid made it in a hurry. Maybe we'll improve the shape later, But for now this shape suits well for its functions (hovering, can move towards any direction, using psionic power, no pilot)
