Project Vanshing Point takes place in a city that has been abandoned for the last 50 years. While different factions roam the outskirts and mountains a distress signal begins erupting from the tower at the center of the city. your mission is simple: travel through the abandoned city and figure out what is happening at the heart of the tower. We are trying to push source to it's limits to expect the requirements to be fairly high for a source based game.
This is the unfinished trailer that was supposed to launch together with the demo around 9 months ago. This is of course not the case. There will be an announcement very soon. Project Vanishing Point is still being made but under very different circumstances than before. Sadly i am not able to talk about this and will not be for a long time. All i can say is to keep an eye on this page now and then for when we finally announce something.

I love the look of the world, but how beta is this? Like.. What parts of it are subject to change? Are there gonna be new mechanics/models for the guns, are there going to be different models for the npc's, are the sounds going to change at all, just all-around what might change, how might it change and what is close to being considered done?
All i can say is that this build is from around 9 months ago. Everything is subject to change because of some recent events. Sadly i cannot give any details before we get closer to our official statement regarding the status of the mod (not dead)
