Project Tomahawk:Storm is just a rather old fashioned mod for VGen adding new units, upgrades and special powers while enhancing the current arsenals of all factions. 110% fun guaranteed. tl;dr it's Backwards Compatibility: The Mod.

Description
A hard drive crash and a half later I finally do an update. Go me!
Now for the images, as you can see, veterancy training sciences have been completely removed for now, but the AI will still get their hands on them in some magical way. All Rank 1 options are unit unlocks now, and some Rank 3 powers have been adjusted/modified.
The Rank 1 adjustment is a prelude to something I might want to try later on.
In case you haven't noticed, shroud is now enabled by default in skirmish games.
