Hidden somewhere... is the secret lab of 'Dr.E' the worlds most useless but brilliant evil genius! He spends most of his time trying to create the most evil inventions known to man, only to have them unfortunately turn out completely and utterly useless. One day he decided to create a mixture of Robot and Dinosaur hoping to create something that wasn't a failure instead he created "Sir Jeffrey" the Robo Raptor, the perfect prehistoric gentleman dinosaur hybrid! Jeffrey helps around the lab from time to time trying to make things run smoothly, most of his time is spent chasing after the doctors many failures and his army of chickens. Until one day the doctors latest invention the "Virtual duck" starts causing problems, now its up to Jeffrey to clean up the mess as usual before it gets out of hand!
