Project Phantom is a total conversion mod for C&C Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge powered by Ares DLL & Phobos Engine Extension. Set in a world where the course of history took a different turn and science has been elevated to previously unattainable heights, three factions engage in a conflict that will change the fate of the world.
As a part of Coalition's defensive doctrines, Coalition commanders that have built Heavy Armory can deploy mines armed with EMP payload on the battlefield, in vicinity of a friendly Heavy Armory or Construction Yard only (this functions through a support power, freeing defense structure queue for other things).
Combat Medics are the forefont support to Coalition infantry in the battlefield, equipped with a cutting-edge device known simply as 'healing gun', which allows them to treat wounded soldiers from a small distance, and even from inside vehicles that allow passengers to fire out.

The level of detail is amazing. I would say that at the level of a commercial game. I am glad that in 2022 there are enthusiasts who make mods for the classic RTS.
