Project Phantom is a total conversion mod for C&C Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge powered by Ares DLL & Phobos Engine Extension. Set in a world where the course of history took a different turn and science has been elevated to previously unattainable heights, three factions engage in a conflict that will change the fate of the world.
Alexander Bishop is an individual with unique position within Phantom. Having been part of the ranks since the beginning, most of the time he answers directly to its founder and commands a taskforce known as Eclipse, specialized in protecting certain integral Phantom installations and seeking out and quelling threats to Phantom operations. Despite this, he does on occasion lend a hand to other Phantom commanders, wielding an advanced battle suit that integrates with his cybernetic augmentations, armed with rift cannons and equipped with an experimental warp engine. The rift cannons shoot projectiles consisting of entropic energies that rip apart most ground and air units with ease, and have a tendency to create distortions that reduce their capability to target and move, an effect that can spread to nearby things on ground but not on air. The warp engine in Bishop's suit is unique in that it allows for much higher efficiency teleportation, being able to fully emerge at the destination in half the time it would usually take. There is a trade-off, however, as this perceived efficiency comes at the cost of overworking the engine on long-distance jumps. Should the protections on the engine reach critically low level, a fail-safe mechanism will activate which will disable the weapons on the suit in exchange of offering slight additional resistance to incoming fire while the system stabilizes.
A bulk of Eclipse's forces are made of Nightmare Warptroopers, elite soldiers with cybernetic augmentations and sophisticated combat suits, likewise fitted with warp engines (albeit of the standard variety) and carrying a warp beam weapon. Warp beam weapon, instead of having the entropic energies tear its target apart, instead uses a more sophisticated mechanism to essentially partially teleport the target. The end result of this is that the target will be completely disintegrated over time, during which it exists in sort of a stasis state unable to be affected by most other forces
These Phantom designs are sick, I wonder what the rest of the structures look like :smirk:
Not going to lie, the character sprites are wonderful but icons could benefit from being more distinguishing, feels like angle aside it's all small details telling icons apart, profiles feel near-identical.
He's a big guy.

I look at the screenshot and understand that the level of detail is a total conversion. Are there any plans to make a standalone edition?
This is nice, the building reminds me the UEF T3 generator in Supreme Commander :)
