Project Phantom is a total conversion mod for C&C Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge powered by Ares DLL & Phobos Engine Extension. Set in a world where the course of history took a different turn and science has been elevated to previously unattainable heights, three factions engage in a conflict that will change the fate of the world.
Allied Forces have been experimenting on next-generation infantry protection technology for a while, and atleast partly thanks to the Phantom Project, they managed to develop a combat exoskeleton, codenamed Juggernaut.
Juggernaut Combat Suit, despite it's looks, is actually very durable, and the soldier manning the suit also wears separate, albeit lighter protective suit. The Juggernaut suit is armed with twin rocket pods against mobile ground targets, and against structures a special, rather lightweight hand cannon weapon that works much like artillery in combat. Thanks to the strength of the exoskeleton and advanced Allied materials research, the donner of the suit is capable of operating such weapon with extreme ease.

Yeah cameo is in that download thread. Also, it's not just recolor, if you look carefully enough.
