Description
This is version 0.2, added Louisiana and Vichy France. For some weird reason, Vichy doesn't have cores on some french provinces and Louisiana joins the USA after a while. If you have suggestions let me know in the comments. I also recommend to give me ideas for the next update because I currently have none xD.
