it's a mod with the property of unlock skills and upgrades weapons as increasing damage,increasing speed of projectiles, unlock unique abilities of weapons, kill your enemies earn exp and money, boss fights and more.
Started fresh game. Looked promising only to find that a large chunk of actors (enemies/items etc) are missing from the game (screenshot included) so can't progress past that opening boss fight... Imgur.com
