Enlarges the interior of the buyable house in Cheydinhal. This one is the most personal of the mods I've made, since it actually came about when I dreamed of it. As soon as I dreamt of this beautiful four-bedroomed house I was looking around with the intention of buying, I woke up and knew I had to make it in the CS. Because it is made with only me and my character in mind, it doesn't have the broad touches that you might be looking for, such as a combat practice area, though there are weapons racks (to simulate a coat-stand/shoe rack) and an alchemy area with 'static alchemy' scripts (in place of the alcove in every kitchen where electrical gadgets gather dust. There is an appliance of sorts on top of the cupboard. There is in most houses. Nobody knows what it does, but it usually has something to do with sandwiches.
This very personal mod is me building my own dream house in Oblivion. It makes use of many resources found on the Oblivion's Real Estate website, but has its own very unique character. The decor can be purchased 'in the usual way' along with the rest of the house furnishings, and it should provide an ideal retreat for those who enjoy 'living' in the game but don't mind breaking the lore occasionally.
