what's new in this update ?
In version 2.9.0:

1. Changed the principle of determining the player profile folder and the save folder.
Correction is made during the installation of the game (Installer). In Windows 7 (probably also in Vista) - the operations connected with the personal folder of the player were not performed (the resolution of the monitor, the profile of the player through the settings program, etc.) was not written.
2. Added buttons:
a). [Enabled «DirectPlay»], calls the «Turn windows features on or off» panel. In the list of «Legacy Components», check the box next to «DirectPlay».
b). [Download «DirectX Jun2010 Redist»], a direct link to download the old version of DirectX, which must be installed if DirectPlay is not available for activation.
c). [DxDiag], calls the «DirectX Diagnostic Tool» panel.
d). [DxDiag32.txt] background diagnostics of DirectX, with all the results included in the file «DxDiag32.txt», which is saved in the root folder of the game. This file is necessary for analysis, if you can not solve the problem yourself.
e). [Reinstall], which duplicates paragraph 1 (manual fix mode). Required in case the game was «Auto-updated» or installed on the principle of copying, already unpacked files (not through the Installer).
f). [Fixing-Up Help], which runs the file (* .chm), with detailed instructions on how to fix the most common problems with the game.
j). [Help] (next to the «Resolution» button), which calls the instruction in the form of a picture, how to correctly adjust the resolution for the game.
3. Added new screen resolutions.

in settings.ini i see [RadioButton7] [RadioButton8] [RadioButton9] OMG!!! I can not change the settings! Windows 10
Нихуя не работает, если вкратце
Какой путь установки игры? Если игра установлена в Program Files, тогда такое возможно. Также возможно у тебя установлен самый высокий уровень зашиты UAC (User Account Control) или антивирус "шалит" или брандмауэр блокирует запуск программы. Вирусов никаких нет это точно, жалоб на этот счёт не поступало.

На Windows 10 всё работает прекрасно, проверено на разных машинах, так что винда здесь не причём. Если что, пиши в личку, помогу, можно также в личку на ВК Vk.com
Приветствую AllGrey, обычно не пишу комментарии, но данный мод - просто чудо. Всё, что нужно для Pretorians собрано в одном флаконе. Спасибо за колоссальную работу и, пожалуйста, продолжай в том же духе!
А теперь немного мнений и вопросов по столь захватывающему моду, сразу скажу, что играю преимущественно в кампанию. Вот поиграл за Бриттов в схватке и это же просто переделанные Германцы (т.н Варвары). Понимаю, что это, наверное, отдаленный от твоего мода концепт, но было бы очень круто если бы ты смог еще больше повлиять на разнообразие игры. Например, мод Ultimatum (на moddb): немного времени и Бритты (было бы действительно логичнее назвать их Кельты) обретут новую жизнь, + нового геймплея никому не помешало бы. :)
Чувствую себя вредным ребёнком, который много хочет, но к сожалению я не смог разобраться даже в том, как заменить текстуры, не говоря уже о каком-то кустарном ребалансе. Я бы смог взять на себя эту работу, если бы мы немного пообщались, опыт в моддинге есть, но не хочется нырять внутрь Praetorians, не зная нужно-ли это кому.
Не знаю, еще возможно-ли для тебя немного подправить ту же кампанию, а конкретнее: в битве с Кельтами, условно поставить тех же переделанных Бриттов вместо Варваров (Германцев), а с Германцами... а с Германцами ничего не делать, они и так хорошо по дефолту стоят.
К сожалению, всё выше перечисленное в большинстве своём, относится к синглплееру и если ты ориентируешься на моддинг исключительно ради мультиплеера и все это затруднительно, то будет очень круто если мы свяжемся. Я действительно хочу поддержать этот мод, если тебе, конечно, это интересно. И еще раз - спасибо за классный мод, жду ответа! :)

bonsoir déjà un grand merci pour ton travail, seulement j'ai un soucis avec la résolution, j'insiste de toutes les façons pour mettre en 1920 * 1080 en 16:9, quand je lance le jeu c'est pas la bonne résolution, c'est toujours 1600 etc...
Merci de m'aider, c'est le seul problème que je rencontre mais la résolution c'est important surtout avec le bon écran que j'ai.
