if i open the game in the folder it just start up the game without any changes

Hello. I want to know how can i add the armenian race if i have already the files from mod complex and how can i add the britis from mod complex? P.S. Can you add the vikings or dacians?
This is mod can't be integrated with any other mods. There is no permission from Mod Complex to do so. You can try to code it by yourself, sorry but I can offer no help.
