At the beginning of design, the vision of designing the ECM tank is to merge Avenger and Microwave tank into a single to make an effect that 1+1 is greater than 2. In the end, the blue army, who accepted plenty of manual operation practices, defeated the red army rely on this chance. After the exercise, "ECM Overload Tactics" was introduced into the whole army and became a tactical plan for many frontline commanders and soldiers in special situation.
