Regarding questions if this mod is dead: Me and Laurence have indeed halted production. With the announcement of HOI IV we decided to pull the plug and sit it out till the next HOI releases.
We're still 100% committed to building a grand strategy post-apoc mod for the HOI series, right now we feel the right thing to do is to wait for the next generation and then hop back on board :)
