Rules and Membership
I. Definitions
VRP (Village Raper Production) is a development group founded by VillageRaper in March 2012.
VRPA (Village Raper Production Academy) is a part of VRP. It supervise VRPB and its aim is to teach about environment of Men of War, GEM Editor and also find, research and gather the information related to these areas. VRPA supports production of PA39-45 by helping in development or training VRPB personnel.
VRPB (Village Raper Production Battalion) is a part of VRP. Commands HQ and VRPC.
VRPC (Village Raper Production Company) is a part of VRPB. Its aim is to beta test the Polish Army 1939-1945 modification.
HQ (Village Raper Production Headquarters) is a a part of VRPB. Its aim is to develop the Polish Army 1939-1945 modification and help VRPB CO to manage the Village Raper Production Companies.
PA39-45 (Polish Army 1939-1945) is a modification created by VillageRaper. The first version was officially released in 1st July 2012.
II. Hierarchy
In VRP there is a specific ranking system. VRPB and VRPA are part of VRP but there is no chain of command between them, only VRPA supervision over VRPB. VRPB's VRPC are beta testers while VRPB's HQ consist mainly of developers. The highest in VRP is VRPA with General/Provost at the top. The Provost has a right to accept or reject VRPB Commander promotion recommendations and only right to promote or manage the members area. If there is a lack of candidates on appropriate position, required person is selected from the members with the highest ranks below required rank. If there are too many candidates, selected will be the one with the longest membership.
III. Membership
To become a member of VRP, you have to send your application to the HQ (Section) S1 Personnel Staff Officer.
After enlistment, new member gains many privileges which he should consider also as his duty. Those are access to the special content and beta testing material. If the beta tester will confirm his loyalty and devotion to his job he will be promoted and he will get more privileges and better access to the information.
If a member (including admin and managers) decide to go on retirement his access level will be reduced to the minimal (standard) level, although he will remain in VRP as an honorary member.
If a member is not present for a time of 3-6 months he gains MIA status.
If he is still not present for another 3-6 months (half or one year of absence) he will be sent on retirement automatically.
