Platform is a deathmatch mod for Half-Life 2 which brings a new perspective to the gameplay. So far most of the weapons are the original HL2DM ones, though some have been heavily tweaked, and will hopefully be replaced completely in the future. The mod features deathmatch and CTF modes, with dozens of changes and additions to the gameplay to accommodate for the platformer style. The video is a bit outdated and doesn't show everything, but I'll try and get a new one up soon - and the mod itself should be released publicly in the coming weeks.
I've finally been able to get my hands on a version of Platform and boy is it great! Here is a screenshot of CTF_Ravenholm ingame, all I need to do now is fix up the colour correction, the ends of the Map and make it brighter! I will send the Map off afterwards!

Thank you! I've changed the image, to one with the Colour Correction enabled. I should be able to send the Map off after I've fixed up the last few things!
