Remember wearing 18 pounds of battery packs and equipment? The work out you got when playing Photon? It was one of the 1st video-game based experiences that someone could play in the real world. There were arenas that had multiple levels, mazes, and even an observation deck where players could watch their allies in the game, or even get target practice by shooting players from emplacements. (Shots from observation deck guns did not affect the gameplay scoring.) Photon players will be either a red or green team, as in the old school days but we’ll be adding Yellow and Blue as well for 4 way CTF. We’ll be using some of the great old school music as well. Of course there will points for shooting other players and for shooting the enemy teams basea. Players will lost points for being shot, or by shooting fellow teammates. A Player shooting a teammate will lose a set of health pending which weapon he is using himself. An old school feature from the original game was that no player could be shot more than 3x consecutively.This forced players to vary thier targets. When shot, the player's weapon would be inoperatable for 5 seconds, and then reactivate automatically, with an auto "charge up" player will also be able to recharge their weapons at a base recharge portal as the same for the other teams. Difference in this game will be you can’t get within 5 Ft (Game wise) of each other in game. Just like we used to play in the old days when some of you weren’t even born yet.
