Continuing where the famous Argus left, I take the responsibility for the sequel to Photo Realistic Zone, namely, Photo Realistic Zone 2, re-texturing and re-mastering every single texture wise aspect of the STALKER trilogy. I strive to create the best stand-alone texture pack out there, to both modernize and refresh our now pretty old and beloved game!

Hello fellow S.T.A.L.K.E.R.S...

I want to take a moment of your precious hunting time to introduce my newest project, Photo Realistic Zone². Many of you know the original mod, made by Argus, and consisted of the "Structures" pack and the "Creatures" pack. I took both of these textures packs, with some other high resolution textures from Cromm Cruac and merged them all together, as a base for my mod.

Now, I didn't take the textures from various packs, merged them and took credit for them. I followed various texturing tutorials, recognizing different materials, usability of photo's, making my own textures with various other textures, making seamless textures etc. etc. I've come a far way, from making my very first weapon skins to my latest works.

So with that in mind, I'd like to welcome you to my newest project, old followers, newcomers, everyone. Please, be sure to leave as much feedback as possible so I can imrpove even more. I need you guys in order to make a balanced texture pack, because I am sure most of you guys wont agree on every new texture I make.

So again, welcome both old and new, to the Photo Realistic Zone²

So please, please, please... Leave more feedback, writing a comment for me will help out clear problems easier, faster and it will in the end be more convenient because fixing stuff before the release is better than putting out a patch!

Will your texturing style lean towards a HD-revamp of the default textures or will it make the textures more gritty?

Both a HD revamp, and more gritty textures. I aim to make the zone look like a real abandoned place. That's why it will be a great combination with S.W.T.C. [Stalker Weather Overhauled Complete] and Absolute Nature Spring edition. It will reflect the real zone, where the buildings are slowly tearing apart but the wildlife has all of the time to grow and blush ;)

Is there somewhere I can get some help integrating this texture pack with complete 2012. So far when I attempted to use the texture pack it overwrote complete 2012 or it seemed to at least, loading screen diff etc... .Anyways total noob here, but excited to try these textures out. Thanks!!
