Our type of “old school” is a very different breed than the type encountered in today’s “old school”. Yes, there are similarities; We too have upped the action, speed and gore, but not to the extreme lengths seen in the new Doom game. Our levels are built for exploration, progression and environmental puzzles. These are our main qualities. Phobos is closer to games like Half-Life or Dark Forces/Jedi Knight in spirit. Just like Classic Doom, these games are types of First Person Shooters that have all but vanished. We truly are a different kind of oldschool.

Fantastic trailer, I like everything, the voice acting, the music, the colorful level design, so happy episode 1 is coming this year. Phobos looks like something a professional team would create.

I loved this Doom game so much, so much better as the last one (didn't even finish playing it!). And this mod for this doom game looks really great, so i will be playing this for sure when it is released. Bring back great times to that old Doom. Thank you guys, for all the time and effort you have and still are putting in to this! I know as a modder myself how much that really is...
