Phase Five: A Clockwork Schema

This is a major overhaul of kurozael's long standing Phase Four project, which was once known as Experiment. We've decided to give it the name Phase Five as this iteration of the gamemode is a slight departure from its predecessors. Many new features and mechanics are in the works to bring life to this old gamemode which was once so popular. Similar gamemodes include Cider and the infamous DarkRP.
