Welcome to the first news post since January. I would like to apologize on behalf of the team for not having given much information about what's currently going on. I, myself, haven't been all that much active the past few months due to other ongoing projects, but I now have more time to participate in the development of Perisno. Here's what's currently going behind the scenes.
A hotfix is currently being worked on. It is still not entirely clear whether it will be a hotfix with savegame compatibility, or simply a patch that is not compatible with old savegame. So far it is a hotfix, and your old savegames will still work.
So far, we have a decent list of bugs to fix, but I'll only really reveal that there will be a new scene for Murdenholl, and a bunch of issues with the dwarven armor and helmets have also been fixed. The hotfix should be released shortly, if things go right.
As you may or may not have noticed, the entire ModDB page has been customized. A new background, somewhat new layout, and a bunch of other things. You'll figure it all out. We're still working on the actual description box of the mod; we're on the lookout for a graphics artist who would be willing to work with us in order to put together a neat description.
Not only has the ModDB page been overhauled, but we're also working on implementing some beautiful shaders in the mod. We're currently working together with two different shader creators, so you will have multiple options. One of the shaders will probably drag down your performance a tad compared to the other one, but both will look great, and have a different style if you compare them to eachother.
We're also working on retexturing a bunch of things, but that will most likely be further into the future than the things I've listed above.
Stay tuned for more news, I'll be sure to keep the news section more active from now on.
