you made those guys just a beast in siege battles weather it be defence or offence now they can serve a dual purpose and maybe even be good to great at it.
Why not just make it a bayoneted crossbow? First of all the actual bow here would interfere with the axeblades on both sides, which would make this an absolutely horrible cutter, secondly, the axe part is just way too big and the fact that it's double bladed makes no sense, why would you double your weapons weight for no real additional benefits? The axe blade should be on the bottom side like in many axe + wheellock pistol combinations that we actually see in real life and it should be single bladed. Better yet the whole thing would function much better if it was bayoneted, since this is supposed to be a good siege units weapon it shouldn't be something that you can't use in narrow corridors, ie something that you need to swing.
awesome
It just gets better ;)
Just woooow!!!!! Just epic!!!!
Looks awesome and saves battle inventory space, I cant wait to use it :D
well now crossbow men armed with that are a force to be reckoned with. i don't know if i want to charge them or try firing back.
Yes, facing the guys that wield these, probably the Maccavian Heavy Marksman, will be interesting to say the least.
