The mod story does not consider events in Half-Life 2:Episode 1. After explosion of citadel, G-man immerses Gordon Freeman in stasis, but after a while deduces it from there for the new mission. The target of this mission is penetration into a citadel which is in City 18 (the city located near to City 17). In this citadel there is a teleport in Combine world. Using this teleport, it is necessary to get in Combine World and to destroy their leader.

Wtf is this mod about i didn't download it yet but i'm hoping to know for future refrence
Played a bit, is nothing sexual :P, Freeman, kill combines, kill zombies, go on, more combines, more zombies...... It's bugged for me when combine captures you I can't get free. Game end there for me.

Level-design is great.
Mod isn't working for me. It ain't showing up in the game list, and the folder isn't appearing on the SourceMods folder. I installed it, but nothing is happening. What was I suppose to do?

download the source sdk 2013 patch that he has provided in the downloads section, that should solve your problem :)
sorry dude my mistake for some reason the maker of the mod hasn't bothered to update the mod. His installer is outdated and the default directory is wrong basically all you do is open the install and where it says directory click browse and change it to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods
If you don't have the brackets "(x86) then use this one: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods
