The purpose of the mod is to make Max Payne 2 more realistic and tactical, but at the same time to give a dramatic and cinematographic feel to the shootouts.
Here's a quick demonstration video about the Slowmotion Killer feature.
This new feature slows down the time a lot (0.01, it's basically stopped), Max pulls out a P90 and as long as you keep pressing the shooting key of the secondary weapon (for around 10 seconds at most, you will see a countdown in the bottom right corner) you can mark every bodypart of the enemies in wich you want that Max puts a bullet after releasing the shoot key (you will see a red target appearing on the enemy bodypart), then you release the key (or the time finish) and the time turns back to normal speed, you will hear nothing for less than a second and then Max will shoot the needed bullets in less than a second hitting the enemy in the specific places that you decided (marked with the red target), everything highlighted with special slowmotion to better appreciate the bloodbath.

Is this the feature that was also inspired by "Mark and Execute"? They are similar so I dont know if there is still going to be another new feature to the game.
Looking good but you should have used a pistol for the video because why marking the guy so much if the shotgun spreads the bullets? The pistol would also be cooler
Well, since I have problems with the real Mark&Execute feature maybe I will leave in the mod only this feature.
For the spread, there's no spread at all, the weapon is a P90 (it's a submachinegun not a shotgun) and every bullet hits exactly where you marked, there's no bullet wasted.
Oh, yeah, I see now that he switches weapons, I saw "Stryker" in the corner so I thought that he was using the shotgun.
Really cool then, it will become very handy
