Here's the v1.1 Official Update for the Payne Effects 3 mod for Max Payne 2 made by The Silver!
It includes a lot of bugfixes and a smarter AI, so I suggest to everyone to update to the latest 1.1 release, mostly if you had problems or bugs with the first version.
As always, be sure to have read the Useful Tips before playing my mod!

Frikkin' genious. This has got to be the best mod ever. Only thing I would add is the ability to move in the crouched position. Other than that, this mod is great. If only you could do this for Mona the Assassin.
First of all, this news is VERY OUTDATED, the FINAL version 1.5 of the mod is out.
Second, I understood the problem with the download of my Payne Efefcts 3 Mod v1.5 FINAL FULL, blame the new GameFront download country BAN, basically if you don't live in one of their "loved" countries they will prevent you from downloading from their servers, here's the news: Moddb.com
As you can see this bunch of ******** almost deliberately cut out a shitload of users preventing them from enjoying all these free mods and stuff, this is why I've uploaded my Payne Efefcts 3 Mod v1.5 FINAL FULL on a free filesharing site, so if you can't download directly from ModDB please download from my DROPBOX LINK BELOW instead of GameFront.
