Long ago, when the word 'Hiigara' rang only as a hollow dream, the kiith of Kharak never imagined they would walk the Path to Victory. But, when they reclaimed their Homeworld and proclaimed themselves 'Hiigaran', they believed they had reached their goal. How wrong they were. 150 years after Hiigaran landfall, conflict rages across the Galaxy... Path to Victory is a multiplayer and skirmish mod for Homeworld 2 that adds new units to both Vaygr and Hiigaran Races as well as enabling the Keepers, Raiders and Kadeshi as playable races.
There has been some speculation that Path to Victory is not making progress. While I have to admit progress has slowed, we are actally moving forward but slowly.
A lot of work still has to be done to make all the races interesting to play. This means small changes that require a lot of thought and effort. Basically, if we were bombarding PTV with changes before the beta, we're now sniping at certain gameplay aspects.
The result is that there isn't much to show and we spend more time discussing possible changes than actually commiting any of the ideas to the mod.
So, to hold you over until we make the next real media release - which is planned for early february - I figure you can all speculate over what on earth this image is supposed to be...

Looks more like Turanic Outpost. Why not? Updated model...
looks like an plasma cannon(but it have those 2 holes(in the "back"),missile tubes?and the middle section looks like and docking bay))and the the design tells me that is for the kadeshins. but this is speculation that possibly is 100% wrong or 100% correct. but the news that you gave us are very good indeed. early February,here we come :)

Though it does look a lot like an updated version of the Turanic Outpost as Sentinel suggests. Still, I'm sticking with Kad SY.
The thing that looks like a docking bay looks a little two small for a shipyard. I think I'll go for a carrier although I don't know if the kad need a carrier...

hummm,maybe a kadesh mother ship? i'm almost sure that these 3 things is the front of the mysterious thing are resource asteroids,so surely it's a capital ship(by the size),and one time that the kadesh needleship description is of a carrier...
but,maybe the scale effect was made by the angle that the screenshot(maybe we are seeing the back of our "?" ship)so if this is the situation,i don't have any idea of what this is(i have edited the html to see if the image name have the answer of our question,but mololu have take all the precautions,well done :) and it can be anything,a corvette, fighter or even a strange drill that an vaygr have lost in space.only mololu know...

Let me think... what do that kad need? A support ship for docking swarmers that doesn't get blown away so fast? No thats the neb generater. A mobile refinery? I think I'm gonna go with mobile refinery this time.
By the way, is the multiplayer problem going to be fixed in the beta?
I hope so although multiplayer compatability is not very high on my list of issues to solve at the moment - i htink it's caused by the game scripts, meaning I'd have to rework the entire thing (meaning more time) it will probably be solved after the beta tbh.

no,you see that box in gray in the side of the ship?i have already saw this in many turanic ships,i an 100% sure that is an turanic fighter or an turanic utility ship(how i have concluded this?well,i strongly believe that hat thing in the middle of the back of the ship(yes,probably we are seeing the ship back) is and turanic engine,and one time that the ship have only 1,we can conclude that is something = or smaller than a fighter(a probe,or a new trap,or a new missile). an i right guys?
