After many hours playing mods, vanilla and wanting to create something closer to my taste and concept of how Victoria should be, my first mod was born: Parabellum.
Mod still in development and hopefully lots of cute and new things to come in the future! All possible feedback is appreciated

Podría poner una decisión o evento para que el Perú sea una colonia alemana o un nuevo país formable, en 1867 un inmigrante prusiano/alemán llamado Karl Lamp llego al Perú se intalo en el Cusco, rápidamente se ganó el apoyo de las comunidades indígenasque lo proclamaron como vira choca, datos a rescatar restauro la poligamia y obtuvo compromiso con muchas mujeres de la zona, realizo una revolución contra el Perú en (1876 - 1880). decidió a trasladarse a Europa en el más breve tiempo, con el expreso designio de negociar con Otto Von Bismarck y obtener el apoyo alemán para poder gobernar el Perú, pues ya tenía adeptos en toda la sierra, solo le faltaba la logística necesaria.
Muy buena idea!, realmente si lo hubiese leído con antelación la habría puesto, o por lo menos, formulado como implementarla. Ahora próximamente sacaré la 1.7, versión final del mod hasta los momentos.

Podrias poner la decicion para que ecuador sea un protectorado frances? si no me equivoco en los 1800s un presidente de esta nacion le ofrecio a napoleon III hacer de ecuador una monarquia francesa y posteriormente la reunificacion grancolombiana pero el mencionado rey de francia lo rechazo, podrias hacer que sea una descicion elegible de francia y ecuador y si puedes pon la provincia del acre con la parte que tenia bolivia española y rondamia como estados brazileños en ves de pertenecer estos ultimos a el estado de amazonas algo asi como en TGC pero el acre con mas provincias o algo parecido

Could you put a decision or event for Peru to be a German colony or a new formable country? If I am not mistaken, in 1867 a Prussian/German immigrant named Karl Lamp went to Peru to restore the monarchy.
