Targets monsters now! - seen here with my patented silhouette dummys.
This will make it more effective in single player - just find a room full of monsters, get a full load of cells, target one, and open up a can of whoop-ass on them. It will even target monsters you _cant_ see, as long as the lightning bolts can find them!
