This Mod is about a story that was made on Fanfiction.net. It's based a little bit in between Halo 2 and one but after First Strike, but the author wrote the story before Halo 2's release so many things were left out. like the new weapons. So we'll add the new and old weapons. Like the MA5B, and all the other old weapons. Also a new enemy. It's not Covenant. But it's Alien and very Dangerous.
It may sound like the creatures from Alien but I'm not sure. The charater isn't a Spartan so you won'thave shields unless you pick up a Jackals Shield. I don't have the Half-Life 2 game. So we'll need to improvise on that one. This game will not be like all the other Halo PC games. They will look good I cantell you that. I need a lot of people to do this Mod. I will do some Public Relations and Concept art and Voice acting so I'll be pretty busy. School is almost here sothat's going tobea problem for me but I'll work my way through that. This Mod will hopfully make it to be released and It'll probally have a sequel. Please join up.

Things with the mod as I have said in a 'comment' are... D.E.A.D. Because of my inactivity and lack of being online for the most part. Since recent events are keeping me on the computer for the majority of my day, and since I know several people now with modding and coding cabilities, the mod is being ressurected. I hope you all will become interested in this again... I know I must have crushed a lot of hopes, but I promise (puts hand on Bible) that I will not let this end in yet another dead mod. Soon, things will be getting done. I am re-recruiting members and soon, we shall make another web site. Not free, mind you, but an *actual* web site. With HTML and everything... in fact, I may use my Clan's web site with a Mod section. Since we are under new management, "Desert Brigade Productions", which is both a Modding and Machinima making company, things shall become more... organized and functioning.
Also, as a note, after the Owen Frost mod we will be doing a Quake 4 Online Cooperative Mod if OpenCoop fails to do so. I have heavy hopes, like many in the modding community, that OpenCoop will yet again surprise us with another fantastic mod. If not, I shall make the mod and add some good ideas so that we can compensate for the additional players. That includes features. Everyone, I hope you will view the Half-Life 2 section and vote for the Resident Evil mod, "Resident Evil: Twilight". It's a beautifully made mod and is still in development. Please do not nominate Owen Frost as I believe it doesn't deserve such a title at the current moment. You may if you wish, but, I ask of you not to. Until we get any real content up... I do not believe this will deserve a Mod of the Year title or nomination. Well, see you all.

Soon, hopefully. Right now I am worried about getting things back together, school, life, etc. So, it'll be awhile before any real content is posted. But, rest assured, there will be content posted after a these problems have been dealt with.

To much delay and sadness, mostly, this mod has been dead since my computer had gone out. But, since it's back, I've been getting my life back together due to personal problems. But, good news is on the way. First off, a new Modding staff is being created for Owen Frost: Helljumper. I shall release more information soon. But, rest assured, this time, this Mod will see the light of day. With the support of the Clan, Band of Marines, we plan to use their site (which is also my Clan) as the modding web site for Owen Frost. Now, I have also been brushing up on military tactics, commands, etc. So, rest assured, the game will be realistic, fun, and stay true (in some ways) to the Halo storyline. This Mod will soon see the light of day. But, it'll take a few months of searching. If anyone wants to join up, we're opening up spots again for Voice Actors and etc. I hope you all will be able to help out and actually try to join us. Those two people are going to be helping out. Heretic with the skinning and mapping of the game, Keleus with the Coding and other things. He may even do some voice acting. I know Heretic probably will. I am getting a new mic soon, so, I may start doing some voice acting. We're coming back with a bang. You shall be seeing less concept art and more in-game footage as time goes on, but, good news is, we *will* be posting some concept art up for a new sniper rifle that shall be used in the game, the S2AM stays, but, a new one, which technically, in the Halo universe, is older then the S2AM Anti-Material Sniper Rifle. Also, a nice little addition to the S2AM, the bullets can pierce through metal, Warthog armor, and the Scorpion Tanks hatch. It is a VERY powerful rifle. The new sniper rifle is a less powerful one, used mainly for regular sniping. The S2AM will also have many differences in its effects to Covenant troops.
For example:
You have two snipers, one with the S2AM Anti-Material Sniper Rifle, and another with the new one. The S2, if fired at an Elite, will make its head litterally explode to pieces. The regular sniper rifle will just make the Covenant troops fall to the ground, dead. Also, a nice little effect I am sure everyone will enjoy, is, if you shoot a grunt with any type of sniper rifle in the back, where its breathing aparatus is, the Grunt will burst into flames. Remember, its Methane Gas back there, it doesn't take too much to ignite it.
You shall see many changes and additions. I am still script Writer and Public Relations. The script will be co-written by the creator of the Owen Frost fanfiction, Obsidian Thirteen. I will also be getting additional assistance in script writing from Jacob Adeline, a friend of mine and Obsidian's. Things are going to start looking up. Well, good luck to you all.

Was there a lot of important stuff on your PC so that you wont re-format?
I've been doing research, and I found that the Halo Engine utilizes XML (a customizable database) and is similar to the Rise of Nations Engine (which i've heard is a variation of the Halo engine), which i myself have modded. I looked through some tutorials, and it didn't seem that difficult. ANYWAY, I always find it to be more dramatic when a soldier doesnt show his face, it gives him a kind of coldness. Just my thought on it. Also, why not reformat your HDD? Viruses shouldnt be that hard to get rid of..
