While testing the latest handgun tweaks I noticed that playing at anything below 'Realistic' difficulty (now 'Hard') completely negates my changes. To be more precise, it seems that at the two lower difficulties weapons become for some unknown reason less precise than normal. I will look into the issue to try and fix it, but until then the entire mod is effective only on the hardest difficulty.
Moving to another issue, the way ammo is calculated by the game makes it impossible to decide the number of mags carried by the player and use Extended Magazines at the same time: this means that until I find a fix, Extended Magazines won't be a selectable attachment.
On a more positive note, these are the expected releases:

[0.21] through [0.4] - Basic weapons (unlocked at start) tweaks.
[0.41] through [0.7] - Basic weapons tweaks (all guns).
[0.5] - Armor and clothes descriptions.
[0.7] throug [0.99] - More advanced weapon tweaks (all guns)
[1.0] - Full release
[1.01 and post] - Fixes, requests
