Nah, I'm pretty sure this one's based on the stationary MGs in Halo 2. Looks almost identical to the anniversary version.
Yes, it is based on the H2 MG, IIRC its called the M247 GMPG(or MMG). THe one in Taxikiller's link is already in the mod as an LMG

That grip looks like it's angled the wrong way. Like it's angled forward in the most awkward way possible.
I'm actually kinda hoping this is a replacement model. I don't like the current MG all too much.
