StoryYour Mission: You are a crew member of Vortex Rikers2, which will get a signal from the planet (Na Pali). The message came from 3 survivors of the old Vortex Rikers, the prisoner ship that crashed on the planet some months ago. Now you will be let down on the planet to rescue these 3 survivors. Unfortunately you were sniped down by a Skaarj right after you landed. New mission: Rescue your own ass. You are in a Skaarj prison, they destroyed all your equipement. You'll have to try to get out of the prison and find the old Vortex Rikers. If you are lucky it's computers are still working and you can send a message to your mothership, so they can come rescue you.... Overview Operation Na Pali is one of the best Single Player mods out there, with great detailed landscapes, intense fighting sequences, and great Cut-Scenes at the beginning and end of the mission, detailing what has exactly happened too you. There is a total of around 40 maps in the story, taking you to Old, Ruined...

Me parece que lo que lo hace realmente bueno es tanto chiste, quien sepa bien inglés tiene risas garantizadas :)
Great work ... I played the first few maps and have some remarks:
# The background story is not too strong ... some elements would be more great to improve:
# For example, Vortex Rikers was a prison ship, while Vortex Rikers 2 seems to be a military craft. If I was an UMS (or NEG?) leader I wouldn't name my warship as a damned and unlucky wreck.
# Another "save your own ***" mission ... we saw it twice or more so we start to boring a little ...
# In the map "Escape from skaarj base" you flying with a skaarj jet. It's interesting for the first one or two moments and tries, but in fact, as you won't find a landing space and must circle round and round the map for thousand times, it not the best experience on the long run ...
And now the pros:
# The opening animation and the look and moving of the main character are f...ing good, well worked out. Even as good, if not better, as the RNTP intro from Epic Games ...
# First some maps look extremelly good (I haven't seen the others yet :-). ).
# All in all, it is entertaining and worth downloading. 'Tanks' for mod makers.
And an other problem: If you have downloaded legacy mod, it has its own Oldschool mutators and the two are not compatible. I think Legacy's oldschool menu (v230 I think?) is better (not sure, and it would be so good if somebody would update ONP's v130 oldschool files or make a version that would unify all possibilities of them.
