***** Seems like every replay I watch, the allies win due to being able to completely out attrition axis infantry. Allies have plenty of ways of dealing with axis heavy armor, most of the time it is airborne with RRs or just plain rifles with stickies (most broken upgrade in the game IMHO). Brits also have plenty of devastating AT in the form of the 17pdr and piats, besides the firefly. What does this have to do with infantry..easy. The counter balance to infantry for the axis should be the dominance of their heavy armor...but the above prove that the allies have plenty of ways to dealing with heavy armor.

Why can't the axis infantry stay on the field...how about the fact that allies have plenty of heavily armored anti-infantry tanks. Crocs, of either flavor are simply OP. Very easy for them to roll in, do amazing damage, and roll back out. Axis has crap for flame vehicles. Weak *** half track that dies to normal small arms fire.

Even the AA halftrack of the allies rips thru axis infantry like nothing..and is very resilient to small arms fire. M8s are the same. Only the bren comes off as a weak vehicle.

Then lets throw in very versatile infantry that can handle both vehicles and infantry, plus be superior in numbers, and you have axis that basically is screwed.

What does the axis have for dealing with an allies infantry blob? I'd like to know. Massed MG fire? great..if the allies are dumb enough to walk into it. Anything else? nebels? ha..what a joke. walking stukas? again a big joke...and unbelievably expensive..and fragile to boot.

Don't even get me started on the uber-cheese that is the calliope.

Out of curiosity have you played the game? It sounds like you've got some serious concerns about the Balance of vanilla Company of Heroes, not OMG...
