Operation: Black Mesa is a total Source remake of Half Life: Opposing Force. Using the Source engine, the developers plan to recreate the Black Mesa research Facility as it was seen by Corporal Adrian Shephard of the H.E.C.U. Half-life: Opposing Force is still an amazing game, although it is not nearly as amazing as it was when it was released.

The sewage water was the only tell that it was concept art and not a screenshot for me.
Yeah Ferapod is good at his stuff. Drawing over the screenshots helps to set the atmosphere and add in details in the maps.
Paint over is a complete modern to do concept art. is fast and nore acurate and time saving method.

In 3d max I can create an unusual perspective and structure of the shadows, then concept art is unusual and quite pleasing to the eye.
A huge plus of this concept is that the viewer mentally his designs, so in man's imagination begins to work.
Now imagine what inspiration comes from designers level
