The Source Engine will be spinning when Orion Wing brings the concept of unrestricted movement and fast-paced, tactical combat this year. Six degrees of freedom allows the user to move in any direction, using one axis or more, ala the Descent series. Players assume the role of the pilot of a lone planetary fighter, known as a "Wing", capable of sustaining Zero-G flight in no- and low-gravity environments. Equipped with cutting-edge Progressive Shielding, EMP Countermeasures and Primary and Secondary weapon systems--the Wings are the weapon of choice for small-scale planetary conflict. -Combat will be fast-paced and tactical, as death can come from anywhere. -Over five ships, six different Primary weapons and eight Secondary weapons allow for multiple modes of destruction. i love it. the render doesn't do it enough justice though, but this will look unbelievable with some textures on it and in the source engine's lighting.
