Hi mate, I finally made it into X18 :rambo:

There's one dead guy which hold the key or other stuff I need to open the door, it's marked on the PDA. But when I search him (F), the game instantly crashes.
It is the dead guy laying in a room at the end of the hall with all the flames. I've tried save games from before, but it keeps crashing.

Is there a way to fix this? Man, I enjoy this mod to much to wait :P

Sometimes such a crash is happenning. It's the known bug. The only way out is to play from autosave (which is created whenever you enter any location).
